Kerrigan has an intriguing history.
An ancestry Journalists & Magazines find alluring. Of Dutch/English descent
with an Irish/French name, born on the Tropical Island Paradise of Ceylon,
raised with Country & Rock 'N' Roll Music in his veins and now a
fair-dinkum Australian, Kerrigan is presently riding the crest of a wave of
popularity. He has just completed a new recording, with ex-Sherbet member,
Golden Guitar great, Garth Porter as his producer. Following initial
negotiations the two hit it off famously. All tracks are written by Kerrigan
with Garth collaborating on Track No.2 - a song destined to be a huge hit,
"Countrycity Unity." Track No. I is "Holding On" and as
Kerrigan's delighted fans comment, he ends the CD very intimately with Track
No. 3, "He's Waiting For Me", featuring just Kerrigan and his guitar.
"Countrycity Unity" will be released as a single both in Australia
and Europe. Kerrigan has aroused interest in DJ's and Journalists from New
Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, Mexico and Ireland, featuring favourably in the press

"Australian Dream Come True ". Blessed with 'heartbreaker" good
looks and a 21st century crack voice, he is young and fresh - friendly and
natural - with a charming personality, incredible energy and an unassuming attitude.
Blend in an electrifying stage presentation and you behold a worldwide recipe
for success. Sprightly and energetic both on stage and off, he's a real live
wire, moving around with masculinity and sensuality. He enthrals thousands of
appreciative fans, always making a lasting impression and instantly re-booked
for repeat appearances. His Concerts bring the roof down, usually sell-outs,
leaving standing room only. He continually sets Tamworth on fire, his demand
one year escalating to a staggering 52 performances - a record-breaking feat
for this dynamic youngster. The 26 year old plays Guitar and Keyboards and his
repertoire ranges through Country, Rock 'N' Roll, Country Rock, Ballads &
Popular Favourites. Kerrigan has an aura about him - an appeal that charms all
ages. One memorable moment was an elderly lady dancing with her walking stick
tapping beside her, equalled by a lady who had just celebrated her 100th
birthday claiming Kerrigan made her feel 16 again. Men and women both young and
old succumb to his appeal, teenagers go wild watching his stage movements and
incredibly enough he attracts even little children. He has an inborn talent for
attracting commendatory responses wherever he performs. Showbiz personality
Karen Knowles said, "It's lovely to watch you - you've got a real
sincerity which shines through your eyes." He exudes charisma, integrity
and strong determination. A true gentleman, his love and concern for his fans
is evident in his warmth and generosity - he gives of himself 110%. Kerrigan's
debut concert was advertised as "An Evening With Kerrigan La-Brooy".
Advance ticket sales caused a change to the original venue in order to
accommodate the crowds who stood on tables, yelling for more. He performed 4
hours continuously with barely a 15 minute break, nevertheless obliged with
autographs and photographs as the fans surged forward at the end. Since then
sales of CD's and merchandise have rocketed and Kerrigan's success story has
been utterly spectacular.
Kerrigan heard ofKatie-Tara Murphy, a little girl
with from Meningococcal, and his heart reached out to her. He wrote her a song
which received National Television exposure. Kerrigan and manager Allan Feeley
made two trips to Sydney to meet the childs parents and perform the song.
Kerrigan's name goes down in history as a founding ingredient in the
Meningococcal foundation which has just been launched in Australia. His song
"The Miracle of Katie-Tara Murphy" brings a tear to the dryest eye
and won him another Award. Another fan as close to Kerry's heart as he is to
hers is Kylie - stricken with Hungtington's. Fighting back the tears, Kerrigan
performed his birthday dedication to her. The song "My Beautiful
Kylie" is another tear-jerker, straight from the magnanimous heart of this
caring human being. His charity performances include the Merv Lowry Memorial
Benefit For Kids With Cancer. Kerrigan continues to tour the continent - both
major cities and smaller communities. Featured frequently in the media he
appeared on "New Faces", "Hey Hey It's Saturday" and even
contested on "The Price is Right". When featured on Television's
"Pot Of Gold" Kerrigan won his heat when the audience voted him as
their favourite. Kerrigan was featured as Man Of The Month in the Australian
Woman's Day Magazine and letters poured in from thousands of hopeful females.
Kerrigan has performed on Radio and Television in Nashville Tennessee, San
Diego California, Fort Vancouver Washington, Ceylon, Bangkok and Australia and
nearly clinched a recording contract with Marty Robins Ent., in Nashville with
a song written for his Mum's birthday, aptly titled "Mother My
Darling" due for a future release. Kerrigan recorded a duet with his mum
on his debut album "Love Will Find A Way".
He was brought up in a
country music background where often his mum Jeune and dad Paul would gather
the family together and sing-along to the strum of a guitar. One of Kerrigan's
first public appearances was at the age of Five, singing the old Jim Reeves
classic, "But You Love Me Daddy" with his dad. Says Kerrigan..."l
still find it hard to comprehend how I could possibly have felt so proud when
dad sang the words, 'your five year old face is a dirty disgrace' and I chimed
in with 'but you love me daddy.'" Fifth in a family of six children
Kerrigan is the youngest of three boys. Officially engaged he wisely called it
quits when he realised it wasn't working out. He enjoys children and is the
official Santa Clause at Christmastime for his adoring nieces and nephews. This
versatile, multi-talented youngster was involved in Acting on Stage (Big River
& Best Little Whorehouse In Texas) on Video (Ransom & Once Upon A Time)
and Writing Stories (Somersault To Adventure). Despite the leading role of
Apostle Peter in the rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar" which broke
box-office records, Kerrigan's passion lies in his Music - singing and
songwriting which is why he opted against performing in "Les Mis" in
2000. Manager Allan Feeley can be contacted for further information, on
