"Summer" Margaret Johnson Broderick was born in January, 1972 and raised in a small town outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a devoted mother to her two sons, Jeff and Tyler, and she also takes care of her little brother, Jay. She says she struggled through hard times before she found her husband, John, and wouldn't be where she is today if it weren't for him. John inspired her to write "You Can't Buy My Love". Besides songwriting, she is studying to be a free-lance writer. Summer's favorite things to do include collecting Dolphins and going to the beach, and riding a Harley!
